(Customers Are Really Everything) workshop discusses what customers really want; how we can meet their expectations and then exceed them; changing our mindset so that we are consistently and automatically giving absolutely the best experience to our customer; plus effectively handling less-than-happy customers and difficult situations, keeping our attitude right during and after that difficult encounter.
