What motivates you? More to the point, what motivates your people, and how might it differ from what motivates you? How can you all understand each other better so that you get along together better, work together more effectively - and more productively?
These questions are answered in the R.A.T.'s 4-hour introductory workshop, which is most effective when the manager participates together with his/her team. Discover your strengths and those of your team; how you and they might make the most of their strengths, and how your team might understand you better so that they "get" what you want and how you want it done (right, and right now!); how you and your team might deal with each other more effectively when under stress, when things aren’t going so well, and when the proverbial has really hit the fan.
R.A.T.s will suit the group wanting to become a team, and the team wanting to move toward becoming a high-performing team.
Once managers and teams have had good opportunity and success in putting the learning into practice, there will be some teams who will want to build on this success.
The R.A.T.s Follow-Up Workshop has the manager and individuals in their team each recognising their own specific strengths and how they can be used to best advantage; also recognising when their strengths may be overdone, what effect this has on others and their own personal effectiveness, and how they might lessen the adverse effects of these. The R.A.T.s Follow-Up Workshop is a great tool for self-perception and awareness of others’ perception, and results in a self-aware team that can help each other adjust their personal interactions to the best advantage.
