This workshop clarifies how people learn, learning styles, effective communication, and techniques for getting the message across.  There is a practical component where the participant receives specific constructive feedback, enabling Your Trainer to have the confidence and skill to effectively train your team members on the job. The end result? Not only an effective trainer who is willing to continue to take on that role, but also team members who become competent quickly, becoming an integral part of the productive team you want.
