This custome workshop provides participants with the opportunity to accelerate the development and improve the effectiveness of their teams. During the workshop they form temporary teams or work in their current existing teams to experience in real time the steps needed to build a successful team. Each team will participate in enjoyable and challenging exercises to set objectives, work to deadlines, explore different problem-solving processes and practise team leadership. They will also give each other incident-led feedback on their contributions to teamwork
